Session Name: Fluid Pull Requests: A New Way to Safely Change Code Faster

Pull requests are the backbone of open source and DevOps across many companies. While every pull request is unique, developers use a standard code review strategy regardless of the author, type and time of changes, and many other factors. As a result, developers spend most of their time waiting for (LGTM) reviews. If you are a developer looking to level-up your pull requests, join this talk to learn about fluid pull requests. Fluid pull requests combine ideas from trunk-based development in a policy as code approach to automate code reviews and increase developer happiness, safety and speed.
