When we're moving an agency towards DevOps - not just a program - what do we need to look out for? How can we tell we're being successful and what are the symptoms of being off track? And how can we tell if perfect is the enemy of good when we're moving in the right directions. In this talk, we will talk about agency-wide approaches to DevOps; education, metrics and measurements, and approaches to cultural change that show results.
